Application & Registration

For a high school student to be eligible for this program you must have:
  • 2.7 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale with college preparatory classes
  • Rank in the top half of your class
  • Need a 980 without writing section on SAT or 3 part SAT test score of 1500 or an ACT score of 21
For a college student to be eligible for this program you must have:
  • Good standing within your college
  • Not on academic probation
  • Not subjected to disciplinary penalties or suspensions
  • Current with tuition payments and other bills
  • Current college transcripts with a GPA of 2.5

High School Students:

  1. Download and print application
  2. Download and print Counselor Evaluation form
  3. Fill out application
  4. Give completed application, Counselor Evaluation form to guidance counselor
  5. Guidance counselor submits completed application, counselor evaluation form, high school transcripts, and ACT or SAT scores, along with $5 application fee to the address below:

College Students:

  1. Download and print application
  2. Download and print Transfer Recommendation Form
  3. Fill out application
  4. Give Transfer Recommendation Form to Dean or Assistant Dean of Student Affairs of the college or university that you are attending. Note: This form says Transfer Recommendation but you are not transferring to Wisconsin Lutheran College. This is just the form they require for admissions.
  5. Submit completed application, transfer recommendation form, official transcripts from high school and college, ACT or SAT scores and $5 application fee to the address below:

Home School Students

  1. Download and print application
  2. Download and print HomeSchooled Student Recommendation Form
  3. Fill out application
  4. Give Home School Recommendation Form to a non-relative to fill out.
  5. Submit completed application, Home Schooled Student Recommendation Form, transcript (Your high school transcript personal information should include your full name, social security number, address, date of birth, gender and phone number. Necessary academic information includes a list of classes since the beginning of ninth grade, your grade earned and number of credits earned from each class. Please see the transcript template.) and $5 application fee to the address below:

Non-Traditional Students

  1. Download and print application
  2. Fill out application
  3. Obtain high school and college transcripts of universities or colleges attended. (Note: If you are unable to obtain transcripts for high school and or college go to step # 5)
  4. Download and print Counselor Evaluation Form if you are able to obtain high school transcripts. Have guidance office of your high school fill out this form.
  5. Obtain a letter of recommendation from a non-relative. (For example, Pastor, employer etc)
  6. Submit completed application, high school transcripts, college transcripts, letter of recommendation and $5 application fee to the address below:

Payment

After students are accepted they will receive a letter of acceptance from Foundations and a copy of the class registration form. Please fill out Part A of the registration form and mail it along with your tuition check to:

Students are also notified the of books they need to purchase for the class when they receive their acceptance letter.
