Adult Literacy Coordinator

Out of the Covid-19 pandemic, Foundations Learning and Skills Saskatchewan (formerly READ Saskatoon) is emerging stronger than ever.

With the steadfast support of our community of friends and supporters, we are stepping up to meet the next big challenge: building education equity within in the context of Covid-19 recovery.

There are many aspects to this work, but our focus remains on literacy education for the province’s most vulnerable, which we believe to be a key lever of change in our society.

To accomplish our goals and create impact on a larger scale, we are recruiting a new person to join our team in the role of Adult Literacy Coordinator.

This position oversees programs that relate to volunteer-delivered one-to-one literacy support, small group instruction, and volunteer coordination and training. Education or social work degree preferred. Wage range is $22-$31/hr. This position is full-time at 37.5 hours/week.
