Request for Proposal – Operational Review

Foundations Learning & Skills Saskatchewan has initiated a Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify a vendor qualified to plan, design, and execute a comprehensive Organizational Plan. This action plan will ensure future organizational and financial sustainability, as well as ensuring the strength and governance of this community-based literacy organization. This comprehensive plan will set the strategic path for growth goals for the next five years. The work is to be delivered in two stages: assessing historical and current agency conditions and an organizational plan.
